At Fundingnetworkqx S.A. de C.V. we value the privacy of everyone who visits this informational space. This notice explains what personal data we may collect when you browse the site, for what purposes we process it and which rights you may exercise, in accordance with the Mexican Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties (LFPDPPP) and its regulations.

The controller of personal data collected through this site is Fundingnetworkqx S.A. de C.V., with offices at Av. Presidente Masaryk 111, Floor 6, Col. Polanco V Sección, Miguel Hidalgo, 11560, Mexico City, Mexico. Any privacy-related request may be addressed to privacidad@fundingnetworkqx.com.
2. Data we collect
We may collect: (i) name and email when you voluntarily use our contact form; (ii) technical data such as IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited and session duration via cookies and similar technologies. We do not request financial or sensitive data through the site.
3. Purposes of processing
Personal data is used to respond to editorial inquiries, reply to messages received through the form, improve the browsing experience, generate aggregated usage statistics and comply with applicable legal obligations. Under no circumstances do we sell personal data.
4. Data transfers
We do not transfer personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. We may share information with technology providers operating under confidentiality agreements, solely to provide hosting, email and aggregate analytics services, under standards equivalent to those required by the LFPDPPP.
5. ARCO rights
You may exercise your access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO) rights, as well as withdraw your consent, by writing to privacidad@fundingnetworkqx.com and including: full name, contact channel, a clear description of the right you wish to exercise, and a copy of an official ID. We have twenty business days to respond.
6. Use of cookies

7. Changes to this notice
